1. SERVICE PROVISION & AMENDMENTS
The Company operates as a digital distribution portal for written content. We maintain the absolute right to modify, pause, or terminate any portion of the Services or these Terms at our sole discretion. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted within the App. Your continued interaction with ReadLight following such updates constitutes your explicit agreement to the revised Terms.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Registration: Certain features require the creation of a unique User Account. You must provide information that is both truthful and current.
Security: You are exclusively responsible for protecting your login credentials. All actions performed via your account are legally deemed your own.
Termination: We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms or engage in deceptive behavior without prior notification.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license to access ReadLight content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All proprietary rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets related to the Platform, remain the sole property of Crazy Finger Studio Limited or its respective licensors. You are strictly forbidden from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or scraping any data from the App.
4. VIRTUAL INCENTIVES & REWARDS
ReadLight may implement a reward system allowing users to accumulate virtual credits by completing specific interactive tasks (e.g., daily check-ins or reading targets).
Modifications: We reserve the right to adjust reward valuations or task criteria based on our operational requirements.
Integrity: Any attempt to manipulate the system using automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools will result in an immediate permanent ban and the forfeiture of all accrued points.
5. FINANCIAL TERMS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Billing: Access to premium content may require payment. Transactions are conducted through authorized third-party billing systems (e.g., Apple IAP, Google Play Billing).
Refund Policy: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases of virtual currency or subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
Recurring Charges: For subscription-based tiers, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your designated payment method at the start of each billing period unless cancelled via your store settings.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Uploading or distributing content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
Utilizing the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
Tampering with the security-related features of the App.
Engaging in behavior that places an excessive burden on our technical infrastructure.
7. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CRAZY FINGER STUDIO LIMITED SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE LOCAL CURRENCY EQUIVALENT.
8. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT COMPLAINTS
If you believe that any material on ReadLight infringes upon your copyright, please send a formal "Take-Down Notice" to our legal team at: hkzjhd@pockitdrama.com. Please include valid proof of ownership and a detailed description of the infringing material.
9. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for final and binding arbitration under its current rules.
